"Le Sciotot Longboard" is a kitchen knife. It is handcrafted.
Its blade, made of SanMaï stainless steel (two sides of non-hardening 304L stainless steel and a core of NCV60 stainless steel), is hand-forged. Its handle is made of stabilized Ash with a laser-engraved Swamp Oak inlay. The handle features a filework pattern on its upper surface.
Its shape is reminiscent of a surfboard, a tribute to Sciotot beach in the northern Cotentin Peninsula. It offers a good grip thanks to the wave-shaped notch in the handle.
