Carbone Stellaire is a forge and knife-making workshop located in the heart of northern the Cotentin peninsula.

My name is Thibault Wittemberg, and I've been designing handcrafted knives since early 2023. Each blade is carefully hand-forged in my own forge. Each knife is designed and crafted to combine efficiency, durability, and aesthetics. It can be a high-cost item, but it's built with a focus on longevity and transmission.
