L'atelier

Carbone Stellaire is a forge and knife-making workshop located in Les Pieux, in the heart of northern Cotentin, just a stone's throw from Sciotot Beach.

My name is Thibault Wittemberg, and I have been crafting handmade knives since early 2023. I was trained by Benjamin Albrycht from La Forge d'Asgeir and rely on traditional techniques. Each blade is carefully hand-forged in my gas forge, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship made according to the art's finest standards.
