The Sciotot is a small kitchen knife or table knife. It is handcrafted.
Its blade, made of 14C28N stainless steel, is hand-forged. Its handle is made of boxwood burl with a multi-colored epoxy resin inlay. The handle has a filework on its upper face.
Its shape is reminiscent of a surfboard in homage to the Sciotot beach in the northern Cotentin. It is compact but offers a good grip thanks to the wave-shaped notch in the handle.
