The "Edge Of Space" is an elegant table knife. It is handcrafted.
Its blade, made of Suminagashi stainless Damascus steel, is hand-forged. It is composed of a VG10 steel core and 66 layers of stainless steel on the sides. The blade is integrated into the handle thanks to a semi-hidden tang assembly and it has a filework pattern on the top of the tang.
Its handle is made of Cypress burl with white Epoxy resin / black curly Birch inserts. It has a ox horn insert with an "EoS" engraving filled with Epoxy resin.
