The "Edge Of Space" is an elegant table knife. It is handcrafted.
Its blade, made of 80CRV2 carbon steel, is hand-forged. It has a light "gun barrel" patina. It is integrated into the handle thanks to a semi-hidden tang assembly.
Its handle is made of Yew wood, it also has an "EoS" laser engraving.
Warning: Carbon steel requires special maintenance. Since it is not stainless, it is sensitive to rust. In addition, depending on the foods it comes into contact with, it can blacken (it develops a patina). It is recommended to always dry it quickly after use and to oil the blade (it has been treated in the workshop with a wax to limit oxidation).
