Le Sciotot

Le Sciotot comes in four versions:

• a small all-purpose kitchen or utility knife
• a full kitchen knife in its Longboard edition
• an oyster knife
• a summer pendant shaped like a surfboard

All are handmade, and their steel is fully forged by hand.

The shapes recall a surfboard as a tribute to the remarkable Sciotot beach in north Cotentin.
