"Le Sciotot Longboard" is a kitchen knife. It is handcrafted.
Its blade, made of Swedish 14C28N stainless steel, is hand-forged. Its handle is made of bog Oak (1400 years load) with a laser-engraved Hawthorn wood inlay.
It has a slight filework pattern on its upper part
Its shape is reminiscent of a surfboard, a tribute to Sciotot beach in the northern Cotentin Peninsula. It offers a good grip thanks to the wave-shaped notch in the handle.
