“Le Sciotot Longboard edition” is a full length kitchen knife. It is handcrafted.
Its blade, made of 14C28N stainless steel, is hand-forged. Its handle is made of stabilised Maple burl with a Maple burl inlay. This knife features filework on its upper side.
Its shape is reminiscent of a surfboard in homage to the Sciotot beach in the northern Cotentin. It is compact but offers a good grip thanks to the wave-shaped notch in the handle.
