"Le Sciotot" is a small kitchen knife or a table knife. It is handcrafted.
Its blade, made of 3 layer stainless steel, is hand-forged. Its handle is in Red Heart with a Curly Birch inlay engraved "Le Sciotot". The handle has a filework pattern on its upper side.
Its shape is reminiscent of a surfboard in homage to the Sciotot beach in the northern Cotentin. It is compact but offers a good grip thanks to the wave-shaped notch in the handle.
