The Sciotot is now available as an oyster knife. It is handcrafted.
Its blade, made of Swedish 14C28N stainless steel, is hand-forged. Its handle is made of Morta (or bog oak). The handle features a laser engraving of "Le Sciotot" filled with pearlescent epoxy resin.
Its shape is reminiscent of a surfboard, a tribute to Sciotot beach in the northern Cotentin Peninsula.
